The normal service area is Greater Salem–Keizer. Properties significantly outside that area are reviewed individually before a walkthrough is scheduled.
Do you clean homes?

Do you handle biohazard cleanup?
No. Mid Valley does not provide biohazard cleanup. The walkthrough is used to confirm that a requested job fits the company’s commercial cleaning scope.

How does the commercial cleaning quote process work?
Start with the quote form or a phone call. Mid Valley then schedules an on-site walkthrough, inspects the property, takes photos where useful, and documents the scope. A finalized quote is normally provided within 1–3 business days after the walkthrough.
What affects a commercial cleaning quote?
The main factors are property size, current condition and complexity, service frequency, expected labor, supplies, and any specialized equipment required for the agreed scope.
Why is an on-site walkthrough required?
A walkthrough lets the team inspect the property, understand expectations, and document a realistic scope before pricing. It also helps both sides identify whether the scope and budget are a good fit.
Frequency and scheduling
How often should an office be cleaned?
The right frequency depends on employee count, foot traffic, customer traffic, building use, and how quickly the space becomes dirty. High-traffic offices may need service several times per week, while smaller or lower-traffic spaces may need less frequent cleaning. The schedule is discussed during the walkthrough.
Can cleaning be scheduled around business hours?
Yes. After-hours cleaning is available when arranged as part of the cleaning schedule and building-access plan. The agreed timing is documented in the service agreement.
Supplies and equipment
How are supplies and equipment handled?
Mid Valley provides the professional supplies and equipment required for the agreed cleaning service. Any specialized equipment needed for the work is identified during scoping.
Service agreements and expectations
Do recurring cleaning services use a service agreement?
Yes. Service agreements are used for ongoing cleaning relationships. They document the schedule, scope of work, responsibilities, and pricing so expectations are clear. They are not a substitute for reviewing the specific written agreement provided for a job.
